Mashreq Bank announced, through its Linkedin account, a bank job in UAE (Supervisor, Branch Automation) according to the following:

  • Responsible for ATM & Self-Service Channel network for UAE 
  •  Contribute to channel’s revenue and customer migration. 
  • Manage vendor payments
  • Prepare monthly weekly , channel performance and montly review presentations
  •  Manage channel reporting part with transaction and performance extract 
  • Update machines locator in Mashreq app and in internet maps
  • Projects expense tracking and capitalization
  •  Publish daily, weekly & monthly reports for the channel. Ensure accurate and timely preparation of MIS. 
  •  Monitoring and removal / relocation of non-performing offsite ATMs to ensure optimum ATM network. 
  •  Conducting UAT/Pilot for ATM related new functionalities / projects. 
  •  benefits are aligned with the bank’s brand strategy. 
  •  Timely submission of unit’s RCSA, SOPs, OIR, MER, Policy & Processes. 
  •  Timely update of ATM Locators on both internal & external platforms. 
  •  Meet external vendors & review their service performance. 
  •  Process vendor invoices and ensure timely payments are done. 
  •  Submit provisions for the channel expenses. 
  •  Manage, track & update all hardware devices for the channel. 
  •  Perform & manage marketing related activities such customer communications through various channels. 
  •  2+ years of Banking experience and prior experience in similar role is added benefit. 
  •  Good understanding of the ATM & Self-Serve machines operations. 
  •  Excellent client-facing skills. 
  •  Excellent communication skills with the ability to communicate thoughts and ideas to diverse audiences. 
  •  Excellent analytical skills. 
  •  Presentation skills 
  •  Flexibility to commute across UAE to perform site surveys, production testing and general inspections. 
  •  Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft office. 
  •  Solid organization skills including attention to details and multi-tasking skills. 
  •  Ability to adapt to a dynamic, rapidly changing environment.
