- Project management of renovations and expansions in TARGOBANK properties
- Taking on project responsibility as project manager in technical and economic terms
- Organization and management of the planning and execution processes
- Preparation of design and solution proposals, cost estimates for budget planning and approval templates for the planned construction projects
- Responsible for managing the external project participants
- Cooperation with authorities and developers in approval phases such as changes in use.
- Cost and deadline tracking of the projects managed, including obtaining, checking and negotiating subcontractor services
- Reporting on project progress
- Completed architecture degree
- Several years of relevant professional experience
- Good knowledge of MS Office products
- Extensive knowledge of contract and service provider management
- Experience in construction/project management of turnkey construction projects
- Basic knowledge of building/supply technology
- Good knowledge of German construction contract law and relevant regulations, standards and guidelines
- Negotiating skills with external suppliers/service providers
- Very good written and spoken German.
