You will work with the department to further expand customer integration and thereby support the bank's customer-centric behavior
You will independently manage quantitative market research projects in the area of customer satisfaction and will be responsible for all project steps
You will work closely with the relevant departments.
You will practice effective stakeholder management through regular communication, needs analysis and conflict resolution
You will take responsibility for managing external service providers, including defining requirements, performance evaluation and contract management
You will create meaningful reports and presentations to effectively communicate the results of market research and support decision-makers
You will work on the further development of our methodological research portfolio and our market research solutions
You are characterized by an analytical way of working and are looking for the challenge of dealing creatively with new tasks and questions
You have several years of practical experience in quantitative market research and have a solid knowledge of the methods of empirical social research and multivariate analysis methods.
Ideally, you have experience in customer satisfaction research and another research focus.
You enjoy working and communicating with a large number of internal managers. In addition, you have a confident and convincing presentation style.
You are adept at finding patterns and connections in data and using them to create lively and concise presentations.
You are confident in using SPSS, Excel and Power Point. Knowledge of online survey tools (e.g. Questback) is an advantage.
You have a degree in social sciences, psychology, business administration or a comparable field of study.
You have very good written and spoken German and English skills.
