Societe Generale announced, through its Linkedin account, a bank job (team assistant) according to the following:
- Appointment planning and coordination (internal, external) and travel organization including travel expense accounting
- Coordination of internal inquiries from other business areas (controlling, compliance) and external inquiries (i.e. auditors)
- Reception of visitors and business partners
- Timely preparation and provision of information materials, presentations and other documents
- Collaboration and coordination with other assistants
- Creation of various reports and KPIs, partly based on independently evaluated market data
- Monitoring of cost controlling, as well as incoming invoices
- Planning and organization of events, workshops and internal and external meetings
- Coordination of incoming and outgoing mail
- Support with travel planning and travel expense accounting
- Representing the assistant to the Head of Global Markets Sales
- Completed commercial or comparable training
- Professional experience in the assistant field in a dynamic environment, ideally in the financial sector
- Very good Language skills in English and German, both written and spoken; knowledge of French is an advantage
- Very good MS Office skills (especially Outlook, PowerPoint, Word and Excel)
- Independent, fast and very reliable working style
- Coordination skills and organizational talent
- Ability to work in a team
- Confident, friendly and representative appearance
- Quick comprehension, flexibility, resilience and communication skills
