  • Appointment planning and coordination (internal, external) and travel organization including travel expense accounting
  • Calendar management
  • Coordination of internal inquiries from other business areas (controlling, compliance) and external inquiries (i.e. auditors)
  • Reception of visitors and business partners
  • Timely preparation and provision of information materials, presentations and other documents
  • Collaboration and coordination with other assistants
  • Creation of various reports and KPIs, partly based on independently evaluated market data
  • Monitoring of cost controlling, as well as incoming invoices
  • Planning and organization of events, workshops and internal and external meetings
  • Coordination of incoming and outgoing mail
  • Office organization
  • Support with travel planning and travel expense accounting
  • Processing of invoices
  • Representing the assistant to the Head of Global Markets Sales
  • Completed commercial or comparable training
  • Professional experience in the assistant field in a dynamic environment, ideally in the financial sector
  • Very good Language skills in English and German, both written and spoken; knowledge of French is an advantage
  • Very good MS Office skills (especially Outlook, PowerPoint, Word and Excel)
  • Independent, fast and very reliable working style
  • Coordination skills and organizational talent
  • Ability to work in a team
  • Confident, friendly and representative appearance
  • Quick comprehension, flexibility, resilience and communication skills
