Distribution of approved capital markets products spectrum of DZ BANK amongst the Scandinavian Institutional Client Franchise, with the objective to grow, develop and deepen relationships and meet the revenue targets by leveraging the Bank’s available platform
Ability to handle multi-product inquiries since the product range includes all fixed-income products, such as money market and syndicated loans from debtors with a wide range of credit ratings, in both the primary and secondary markets
Maintaining clear and transparent communications with all stakeholders
Continually exploring opportunities with new accounts and deepening existing relationships
Provide timely, constructive feedback and updates on clients’ investment needs/directions
Scrupulously adhering to all applicable rules and regulations as well as to avoid conflicts of interest at all times
Bachelor’s Degree in Business/Finance or comparable qualifications
5 years of experience in distribution of approved Capital Markets products amongst the Scandinavian Institutional Client Franchise
Existing competencies in Structured Products as well as relationships with end investors of such products, e.g. Insurance Companies, Pension Funds, Bank Treasurys
Familiar with compliance and regulatory requirements for capital markets business
Strong IT skills, in particular Microsoft Excel, VBA and PowerPoint
Pronounced client orientation and intercultural competence
Strong analytical and presentation skills combined with high negotiation competence and assertiveness
Native Scandinavian speaker, fluent in English, German language skills are an additional benefit
Willingness to travel internationally regularly
