Group Human Resources Germany & Austria works closely with the units and business lines in Germany and Austria and is responsible for the strategic development of HR issues.
The Recruiting and Employer Branding team focuses on innovative recruiting strategies to attract the best talent to the company.
Responsibility for the entire recruitment process for a defined area of responsibility:
Close cooperation with the departments to develop target group-specific recruiting strategies
Management of the selection process including the interview process
Contract negotiations and hearings of the social committees (representatives of severely handicapped persons and works councils)
Ensuring a positive candidate experience
Coordination of employer branding projects.
Planning target group-specific events in close cooperation with the Diversity & Inclusion and Group Communications teams
Development of campus formats and participation in the events
Studies in economics/social sciences, or comparable
Experience in recruiting; also through internships if possible
Interest in employer branding and university marketing
Independent and structured way of working
Hands-on mentality and enjoyment of being involved
Strong communication skills in German and English (C1 level required)
