  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in customer service or a related field.
  • Experience in training and development preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of customer experiences best practices.
  • Certification in customer service or coaching is a plus.
  • Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent leadership and team collaboration abilities.
  • Proficiency in customer experience design and omnichannel strategies.
  • In-depth knowledge of consumer protection regulations and frameworks.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to leverage data analytics and customer insights to drive decision-making.
  • Must be a UAE National.
