- Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in customer service or a related field.
- Experience in training and development preferred.
- Strong knowledge of customer experiences best practices.
- Certification in customer service or coaching is a plus.
- Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent leadership and team collaboration abilities.
- Proficiency in customer experience design and omnichannel strategies.
- In-depth knowledge of consumer protection regulations and frameworks.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to leverage data analytics and customer insights to drive decision-making.
- Must be a UAE National.
