  • The Bank operates within retail and corporate banking, offering a range of services including personal and business banking, credit cards, loans, investment services, and wealth management

  • Oversee day-to-day operations of credit administration activities for trade working capital products and business loans, including documentation management.
  • Ensure timely and quality services for internal and external customers within the BBG vertical to maximize customer satisfaction.
  • Lead multiple processes supporting customer fulfillment for Credit Administration, including BBG credit operations, documentation, limit loading, and disbursements.
  • Possess a comprehensive understanding of Business Banking products.
  • Monitor key performance metrics, identify areas for improvement, and implement necessary changes.
  • Foster an environment of adaptability and continuous learning through cross-skilling and proactive resource reallocation to ensure stable and consistent service delivery.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant banking laws, regulations, and industry standards.
  • Manage operational risks by identifying potential risk areas and implementing proposed solutions. Stay updated with regulatory changes to ensure continuous compliance.
  • Excellent communication and people skills.
  • Ability to lead and motivate a team to achieve reconciliation goals.
  • Fully embrace “Mission Zero” culture. Dedication to understanding and meeting the needs of customers, ensuring prompt and accurate resolution of inquiries and requests.
  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field. 
  • A master’s degree or professional certification in risk management or finance is preferred.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in credit operations, risk management, or a related field within the banking or financial services industry.
  • Strong understanding of credit products, risk management principles, and regulatory requirements related to credit operations.
  • Deep understanding of Banking products of the required assigned vertical.
