Commercial Bank International announced, through its Linkedin account, a bank job in UAE (Senior Officer – Customer Relations) according to the following:

  • To Support and enhance Branch sales and service achievements by providing client support services whilst maintaining a high level of professionalism and competence in client interactions. 
  • Additionally, they would facilitate identifying new and existing business opportunities via providing best service to the existing and new clients.
  • Ensure highest level of customer service is provided for all client interactions. Should service the customers belongs to CBI First, Edge, Select and Mass segments. 
  • Ensure that service and onboarding requests are processed with zero errors. 
  • Ensure SLA is met for all the service request received. 
  • Assist with administrative tasks at the branch. 
  • Identify new and existing business opportunities via providing best service to the existing and new clients. 
  • Work with business partners/ Channels, stakeholders across segments to identify business opportunities to improve products and propositions and enhance pre and post sales experience for customers. 
  • Manage customer complaints and coordinate with respective units to resolve it on higher priority basis. 
  • Ensure Customer profile reviews/remediation is completed in a timely manner in line Central Bank & internal guidelines. 
  • Review the customer risk category and manage the upgrading and the downgrading of customer risk profile periodically. 
  • Support the Relationship Managers and the Branch Manager on any documentation requirements for the product selling and review. 
  • Ensure suspicious activities/breaches are escalated and risk incidents reported.
  • Follow up on client's day-to-day transaction requests.
  • Refer / obtain new business in form of deposit, new borrowing relationship, etc., in order to show growth potential.
  • Handle CMs inquires and requests assigned by call center. 
  • Provide marketing information related to existing customers.
  • Maintain High level of knowledge regarding available and promotional products in order to cross sell and to handle Mystery shopper visits. 
  • Perform any other duties or responsibilities consistent with the role as assigned by management. 
  • Bachelor’s degree / Higher National Diploma for UAE Nationals.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in corporate banking, specifically preparing proposals and performing customer analysis.
  • Analytical ability.
  • Experience with banking regulations regarding credit facilities.
  • Communication skills in English (verbal and written).
  • High proficiency in business writing.
  • Attention to details.
  • Credit orientation.
