  • The Manager, Digital Adoption will be responsible for driving the strategic adoption and integration of digital technologies and solutions across the bank. 
  • This role will focus on enhancing customers engagement with digital tools, ensuring seamless transitions to new systems, and optimizing digital strategies to support the bank’s growth and innovation objectives.
  • Develop and implement comprehensive digital adoption strategies aligned with the bank’s goals and objectives.
  • Identify key areas where digital technologies can improve processes, customer experience, and operational efficiency.
  • Create and execute detailed project plans for digital adoption initiatives, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
  • Collaborate with senior management, IT, and other departments to understand digital needs and requirements.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for digital adoption projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives and stakeholder expectations.
  • Facilitate workshops, training sessions, and presentations to educate and engage stakeholders on digital tools and strategies.
  • Lead change management efforts to ensure smooth transitions to new digital systems and processes.
  • Develop and implement communication plans to address any concerns and promote the benefits of digital adoption.
  • Monitor and address resistance to change, providing solutions and support as needed.
  • Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of digital adoption initiatives.
  • Analyze data and feedback to identify areas for improvement and optimize digital strategies.
  • Prepare and present reports on adoption metrics, progress, and outcomes to senior management.
  • 7 to 10 years of banking/business management experience in Retail Banking.
  • Proven track record of managing the development and delivery of Digital programs.
  • Excellent communication, analytical and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, innovative environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
