  • Use extensive knowledge of financial markets and a strong network within the corporate client base to drive revenue growth through the sale of treasury hedging solutions.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key corporates within the UAE.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients regarding treasury products, providing tailored solutions to meet their financial needs.
  • Conduct regular client visits and presentations to deepen client relationships and uncover new sales opportunities.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with Wholesale Banking teams regarding treasury products, ensuring clear communication and explanations as required.
  • Offer hedging treasury products to corporates clients.
  • Achieve and exceed derivatives sales targets by identifying and capturing new business opportunities within the existing and prospective client base.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop customized derivatives solutions that are aligned with client strategies and objectives.
  • Provide clients with information on financial market conditions.
  • Contribute to the development and execution of sales strategies.
  • Ensure all treasury transactions are conducted within the framework of the bank’s risk management policies and procedures.
  • Identify potential risks associated with client transactions and work with the risk management team to mitigate them.
  • Keep abreast of regulatory changes and ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations in the UAE.
  • Prepare regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and client activity for the Head of Treasury and Capital Markets.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales activities, and pipeline opportunities.
  • Collaborate with the back-office team to ensure smooth execution and settlement of treasury transactions.
  • Bachelor/Master’s degree in Finance or a relevant topic.
  • Effective spoken and written communication skills in English, Arabic is a plus.
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience.
  • Knowledge of financial markets and treasury products.
