- The role provides you with a chance to work in partnership with a local, regional and global team to support the implementation of HR practices and policies, provide professional HR service, and assist with the development and implementation of HR projects and workforce reporting.
- Support payroll administration.
- Process HR data and reporting.
- Support local activities relating to onboarding and off boarding.
- Process benefits enrolment.
- Execute HR vendors invoice processing.
- Maintain high level of risk and controls management in line with the firm’s processes.
- Ensure all employee data is fully up to date in HR systems and applications by performing periodic reviews and reconciliation.
- Establish & maintain strong relationships with HR colleagues.
- Partner with various internal and external stakeholders (e.g. Finance, Audit, Legal).
- Provide contingency cover and support for the HR ED&SE team in the MENA region.
- Knowledge of local market, culture and local employment laws across multiple jurisdictions in the MENA region.
- Fluent in English and Arabic.
- Thorough understanding of control environment and mastering of control processes.
- Fast learner, team player; good communication skills.
- Numerical skills, attention to details.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Self-starter, time management.
- PC skills in Excel, Word and Power Point.
