- Job holder is accountable for Proactively managing a sales team to achieve or exceed the sales and service objectives assigned for Auto Finance unit using exceptional sales leadership skills to ensure profitable business development and growth.
- The Job holder’s Primary responsibility is to establish and implement the business plans and formulate short- and long-term strategies for the unsecured segment with the changes in the market trend.
- The Job holder is accountable to contribute to the sound profitable growth of the Asset Finance or Liability products portfolio through the achievement of sales plans and delivery of quality service and formulating strategies to overcome market competition.
- The role involves leading a team, fostering relationships with key partners, such as car dealerships, and ensuring compliance with local regulations.
- Conduct market analysis to identify opportunities and stay ahead of industry trends in the UAE.
- Develop and implement the bank's auto loan sales strategy in alignment with business objectives.
- Scheduling of teams to meet assigned business targets.
- Generate Cross Sell opportunities to Existing Customer Database.
- Relationship Building visits to existing and new prospects.
- Achieving cross sell retail products by identifying customer needs to offer the right product.
- Develop and prepare sales quarterly/yearly business plan and proposal for incentive structure for the higher management to approve.
- Seek approval, propose and coordinate with the Head of Sales for deviation/deferral/recommendation of a finance submission on case-to-case basis.
- Bachelor's /Master’s Degree in related field.
- Must have at least 15 – 20 years of total experience.
- Possess in depth knowledge of the products and services, associated charges/fees, legal provisions, and their delivery process.
- Able to act as a mentor to the Team Leaders.
- Knowledge of digital sales channels and fintech solutions in auto lending. Understanding of consumer behavior in the UAE market.
- Clarifies goals of the team. Makes team members own their performance levels. Encourages team to promote new ideas.
- Builds on individual strength and recognizes team’s performance. Leadership experience in a multicultural environment.
- Gives directions & demonstrations with reasons & rationale. Monitors development on a regular basis.
