Dubai Islamic Bank announced, through its Linkedin account, a bank job in UAE (Asst. Manager - Cards Product) according to the following:

•     Work with partners (both internal & external) on day-to-day activities and finding opportunities to reengineer processes & strengthen customer experience.
•     Run regular card campaigns and create business case documents describing the campaign rationale, revenue opportunity, take up & ROI.
•     Collaborate closely with multiple stakeholders for delivering an effective marketing and communication plan.
•     Ensure adherence to the ‘Consumer Protection regulation’ across all product initiatives, campaigns and communications.
•     Oversee the resolution of customer complaints related to card products, ensuring timely and effective responses that enhance customer satisfaction.
•     Work closely with customer service, compliance, risk management, and product teams to foster a culture of customer-centricity and risk awareness.
•     Work hand-in-hand with the SPBA team in particular to deliver on product data, segment cuts, profitability and ROI data.
•     Develop, maintain and execute a monthly calendar to make the product features known to the card members and reiterate the same to increase take up.
•     Prepare, analyze and summarize various monthly and periodic KPI results to the management.
•     Analyze competitor product offerings and devise ideas to strengthen competitive advantage for DIB cards.
•     Execute the scheme campaigns and offers to create product visibility while being the first bank to do so.
•     3 years+ experience in cards and payments industry
•     Masters degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
