- You will act as a bridge between the branch network and the technology department, playing a key role in enhancing the customer experience and driving operational efficiency within the bank.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define the product vision.
- Prioritize backlog items based on impact and feasibility.
- Balance user needs, technical constraints, and business objectives.
- Conduct user research to understand pain points.
- Translate user needs into detailed requirements.
- Advocate for user-centric design principles.
- Conduct retrospectives with the team to identify areas for improvement.
- Adapt the product roadmap based on market shifts and emerging trends.
- Foster a culture of continuous learning and agility.
- Minimum of bachelor’s degree preferably in business studies or technology
- Experience in Agile as product owner
- Product owner certifications from Scrum alliance (good to have)
- Experience in retail banking or fintech organization
- Familiar with retail banking related terminologies and process
- Proficient in Microsoft tools like Excel, PowerPoint
