Banque Misr announced, through its Linkedin account, a bank job in Egypt (E-Channel VAS Support Manager - IT) according to the following:
- Effectively managing team of support for both Acquirer and Issuer Value Added Services.
- Overseeing Services’ performance of Acquirer and Issuer Value Added Services.
- Ensuring high availability and acceptance at all times.
- Provide support and recommendations to direct Managers in IT related areas.
- Oversee BAU activities for support and Implementation.
- Continues improvement to Services performance and quality.
- Delivering business solutions by ensuring that they are well tested and are rolled out in a manner that does not adversely affect business processes.
- Collect and account for transactions acquired through Acquirer and Issuer Value Added Services.
- Establish and maintain data processing schedules and controls to ensure timely delivery of quality assured outputs.
- Keep track of systems and user related issues and attend to them promptly.
- Manage system upgrades and system patches as received from different stakeholders.
- A minimum of 8 years of experience
- A minimum of 3 years’ supervisory role & & hands-on experience within Banking IT.
- Payment schemes such as Visa, Master Card, MEEZA.
- Database Administration.
- Knowledge of Card Business and Banking Operations.
- Excellent planning and organizing skills.
- Very good detail orientation.
