Arab Bank announced, through its Linkedin account, a bank job in Egypt (Warehouse Keeper - Procurement) according to the following:
- Receiving stocks items and verifying these items against invoices / purchase orders from suppliers.
- Determining discrepancies in the received goods quantities and preparing claims for short/surplus items
- Preparing claims reports for any violation as per the recommendation of the receiving committee.
- Processing of internal requisitions on time.
- Participate in periodic stock-taking , and giving explanations for shortage or surplus stocks.
- Data entry for warehouse transactions
- Assisting Warehouse supervisor in implementing Re-Order level .
- Adhering to standard safety and security rules to safeguard against pilferage and accidents.
- Receiving and distributing stock items.
- Data entry for warehouse transactions.
- Participate in periodic stock-taking.
- 2-3 years experience.
- Good in English and Arabic.
- Computer skills.
- Good communication &Time management skills.
