- Project Management: Leading and managing projects related to branch operations, such as technology upgrades, process improvements, or regulatory changes.
- Strategic Planning: Developing and implementing strategies to enhance branch efficiency, customer experience, and overall performance.
- Customer Experience Enhancement: Implementing initiatives to improve customer satisfaction by enhancing the overall branch experience, including waiting times, service quality, and accessibility.
