You are responsible for the timely and high-quality processing of customer orders placed or forwarded by the business units, while adhering to release and processing deadlines.
You carry out the content check of documents submitted by our corporate customers. This can include, among other things, account authorizations, payment transaction orders or electronic banking contracts.
They check the legally binding nature of signatures on the relevant contract documents
Together with the team, you will ensure telephone availability within service hours.
You will be involved in the qualification of new employees and trainees and will support/represent each other in the team
If necessary, you will be involved in projects
