Review the cases/alerts assigned by the Supervisor
Ensure adherence to TAT.
Ensure that request received meet the standards as per bank policy
All requests are processed and in accordance with operational procedures
Advise checker in case of any discrepancy, missing documents etc.
Attend necessary training and guidance to meet the Operational Process
Verify that all data entered match the request along with supporting documents
Ensures productivity & Quality deliverables are met
Update Daily MIS and be readily available for Team Leader review
Report any issues faced to TL for appropriate action
Maintain proper time standards, good team spirit and service standards
Undertake any additional assignments / projects entrusted by the line management and complete them as per requirement
Review alerts and take appropriate decision as per SOP and Policy guidelines
Ensure adherence to TAT
Help the makers understand the error/impact in case of error/ambiguity.
Maintain a log of errors for trainings
Report incidents in GRC on timely basis as per Policy
Ensures adherence to assigned KPIs.
Update Daily MIS for analysis and Team Leader/Manager’s review
Timely reporting/logging of system issues
Undertake any additional assignments / projects entrusted by the line management and complete them as per requirement
