Deutsche Bundesbank announced, through its Linkedin account, a bank job (Internal Auditor (m/f/d)) according to the following
- On behalf of the Executive Board, the internal audit function objectively and independently examines the structures and processes of the departments as well as compliance with external and internal rules.
- In addition, the audit is active in project support and testing.
- The aim is to identify risks and to evaluate and improve risk management, the internal control system and the management and monitoring processes.
- As an internal auditor, you will lead a team in audits with a focus on securities business (trading, settlement, custody account management) and collateral management.
- Your focus is on the investment and securities area, although you can also work in related areas.
- You collect, analyze, question and evaluate relevant information and bring together the work of the audit team.
- You represent the results to the audited unit, prepare the audit report and oversee the monitoring of the agreed action plans.
- They carry out process reviews as well as project-related reviews at national and ESCB level.
- You will also work on fundamental tasks of monetary policy and the investment business from an auditing perspective and prepare statements and recommendations.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent degree in a subject relevant to the position (e.g. economics or business mathematics)
- Many years of experience and very good knowledge of the examination system
- Experience with modern audit methods
- Revision certification (e.g. CIA, CISA) is an advantage

- Experience in the use of IT systems related to auditing
- Very good understanding of processes and strong risk-oriented thinking as well as the ability to look at things critically from different perspectives
