• Manages all phases of the IT procurement function. Evaluates and identifies the needs of the organization and stakeholders.
• IT procurement involves both strategic and administrative responsibilities. 
• It includes the creation and management of request for quotations (RFQs), requests for proposals (RFPs), requests for information (RFI) and managing supplier relationships.
• Respond to specialized user groups requirements consisting of satisfaction with vendor selection and service.
• Ensure engagement of main stakeholders early for strategic sourcing process
• Recommend advice concerning with identification and establishment suitable parameters and service level agreements.
• Provide optimum terms and conditions, estimate and resolve execution barriers on time.
• Develop and maintain professional business relations with key external and internal stakeholders.
• Coordinate with respective to teams to establish the procurement forecast and plan in advance to optimize demand and source best value options for the bank.
• Develop and maintain supplier base with input from internal procurement business partners.
• High level technical assessment, analysis, communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with various stakeholders. 
• Good understanding of IT infrastructure and related technologies, products and related licenses and services. 
• Knowledge of Contract Management and Service performance evaluation 
• Bachelor's degree in Technology or equivalent 
• 10 + years in technology field.
• 4+ years in a direct/ indirect procurement role.
• Proficiency with tools/systems to analyze data including Excel, Access, SQL or other data management systems.
• Certifications related to ITIL, CISCO Certified System Engineer (CCNA), Microsoft Certified System Engineer (MCSE) or equivalent IT certifications.
• CIPS, CPSM, CPP or equivalent certification in Procurement.
