- The incumbent works on to lead the digital marketing & retention channels: search, display, paid social, SEO/ASO, programmatic, affiliates, CRM for CBD
- Own the entire Customer journey from user acquisition to engagement and reactivation by providing data based insights into customer base health and engagement trends
- Leverage data to define customer-centric buying strategies to optimize User acquisition campaigns, lower CPA
- Lead and develop a team: online channel managers, CRM managers performance marketing analysts
- Manage the strategy & budget for user acquisition channels and optimize channel mix based on performance making sure that UA budget spend with maximum ROI
- Manage the roadmap for segmentation, personalization, and automation across retention channels to drive repeat rate, LTV, and engagement
- Lead the strategy, forecasting, planning and execution of initiatives across owned channels to increase multi-vertical trial & adoption.
- Build a culture of testing and experimentation with the goal of continuously optimizing engagement & growth
- Support scaling existing channels and identify development of new opportunities for growth and improving efficiencies.
- Partner with the subscription team to develop strategies & communication roadmaps across the different segments & markets
- Plan budgets that drive efficient customer growth, and set a strategic approach to enhance cross-vertical user behavior
- Lead & Mentor the team and work closely on defining priorities and roadmaps across the different pillars
- Partner with Brand & Campaign teams to devise strategies on customer engagement & communication.
- 8+ years of managing user acquisition function in an e-commerce company with proven experience of directly managing user acquisition budget
- Proven ability to build and manage a comprehensive user growth plan to help business achieve its revenue goals (acquisition, activation, retention, reactivation) and meet agreed GMV targets.
- Must have successful experience in leading the buying team for multiple user acquisition channels: search, display, paid social, SEO/ASO, programmatic, affiliates.
- Solid Experience in UA analytics (CPI, CPO, ROI, user cohorts, LTV, pay-back period).
- High attention to details and proven ability to manage and execute complex processes, multi-layer work streams in a matrix organization.
- Experience in running CRM-programs to support user life-cycles on the platform
- Familiarity with customer segmentation models and prediction analytics (RFM, cohort analysis, High value actions, Next best action etc)
- Ability to communicate complex data insights to business stakeholders
- Proven multi-stakeholder project management skills - exhibit a strong track record of on-time project delivery for large, cross-functional projects.
