Financial Process Management: Oversee day-to-day financial operations and transactions. Implement and maintain efficient and standardized financial processes.
Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation.
Cash Management: Monitor and manage daily cash flow to ensure adequate liquidity in all accounts.
Work closely with banks and optimize banking relationships.
Execute and reconcile financial transactions.
Financial Systems and Tools: Manage the accounting and other financial systems. Collaborate with IT to implement upgrades and enhancements.
Ensure data accuracy and integrity in financial systems.
Accounts Payable: Manage and monitor vendors payments on a regular basis. Ensure timely and accurate processing of accounts payable.
Perform creditor analysis and ageing on a periodic basis. Address and resolve any vendor payment related issues.
Accounts Receivable: Generate and send out invoices to clients in a timely manner. Monitor accounts receivable ageing and follow up on overdue payments.
Financial Reporting: Ensure timely closing of books on a monthly basis.

Contribute to the preparation of accurate and timely financial reports.
Assist in analysis and preparation of financial data. Ensure compliance with accounting standards and accounting policies.
