Deutsche Bank announced, through its Linkedin account, a bank job Business Functional Analyst (d/m/w) – New Banking according to the following
- The "Private Bank Germany - New Banking" department with more than 800 colleagues works in new agile structures such as tribes, chapters and squads.
- New Banking is responsible for the entire development and operation of all digital products and services in close x-divisional coordination with all sales and control functions.
- They are looking for you as a Business Functional Analyst for the Tribe Shared Components.
- In this you will develop in the area of online product applications (OPrA) in the Squad Digital Sales features based on the platform dbCore product application processes developed by them for all brands (Deutsche Bank, Postbank, norisbank, maxblue etc.) and for all channels (public website, online banking, mobile app, branch, call center and 3rd parties).
- You are part of an agile development team and are responsible for the functional and technical analysis of requirements, which you write down in user stories and epics in close coordination with the stakeholders
- Her main focus is on the functional and technical design as well as the documentation of end-to-end target processes within the development team
- You will work extensively with agile tools such as Jira, Confluence and practices in the context of rapidly advancing digitization
- For this purpose you will work closely with various business and operational units (e.g. developers, program/project managers, product owners) from Germany and Bucharest
- They ensure that target processes are developed holistically and derive corresponding adjustment needs from this
- You will actively take on part of the testing activities and support product owners and technical experts in testing as well as in the technical product launch and update
- You contribute significantly to the definition and achievement of technical best practices and quality standards in the team
- You analyze complex problems and develop solutions in exchange with the departments
- Experience in the banking sector and knowledge of the private banking business are required
- You have good knowledge of dealing with regulatory issues
- You have an understanding of application development and basic technical knowledge, especially around service and API interfaces
- You have a basic understanding of modern software architectures (frontend, middleware, backend).
- You are fluent in German and English.
