- To manage a portfolio of borrowing and non-borrowing relationships within the SME/Business Banking segment.
- To generate portfolio revenues in line with target and ensure acceptable portfolio quality.
- To maintain acceptable client satisfaction score and positive NPS.
- Adherence to Bank’s credit and compliance policies.
- Acquire, manage and grow a portfolio of borrowing and non-borrowing relationships within the identified target market client base.
- Maximize revenues from portfolio of borrowing and non-borrowing relationships by offering full spectrum of products – cash management, treasury, trade and lending.
- Spread and analyze financial statements, preparation of credit application, documentation & post-sanction monitoring through periodic account review/renewal. Cross-sell of 4 key products within the portfolio to ensure well diversified revenues streams.
- Generate referrals for other parts of the Bank – notably Retail Bank payroll accounts, cards, Wealth Management and Corporate Bank.
- Ensure adherence of bank’s credit policy and ensure satisfactory account conduct of borrowing relationships.
- Early Warning process knowledge is critical for ensuring acceptable portfolio quality.
- Ensure adherence to Banks’ KYC/AML policies and raise any concerns in a timely manner.
- Ensure deferrals related to documentation and credit, temporary excesses are closed within agreed timeframes.
