•     Lead the ideation, creation, and execution of digital and face-to-face (F2F) customer journeys for wealth management products, enhancing onboarding and ongoing engagement.
•     Oversee the end-to-end digital client experience and in-person staff-facing journeys, ensuring a seamless process across all touchpoints.
•     Drive the commercialization and continual enhancement of F2F and digital journeys to improve relationship manager (RM) productivity, build stronger client relationships, and grow market share.
•     Collaborate closely with UX/UI teams, risk management, compliance, and operational units to optimize wealth management processes and ensure regulatory adherence.
•     Formulate strategies for client acquisition, retention, and wealth management growth, steering channel optimization and new product development.
•     Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field. Master’s degree or professional certifications (CFA, CFP) preferred.
•     Minimum 12 years of leadership experience in wealth advisory, platform development, or financial services, with a strong record of success in wealth management product development.
•     Proven track record in driving digital-first initiatives and strategies that enhance client acquisition, retention, and revenue growth.
•     Strong knowledge of UX/UI-led journey design, client experience enhancement, and compliance with risk management frameworks.
•     A visionary leader with the ability to design and execute strategic wealth management journeys tailored to client needs.
•     Strong leadership skills to motivate cross-functional teams and squads, driving business growth through innovation.
•     Deep understanding of client-centric solutions in wealth management, with the ability to deliver personalized and compliant experiences.
•     An innovative thinker with the ability to adapt to evolving market demands, regulatory changes, and client expectations.
